4. Customer Responsibilities (Paragraph)

The customer is responsible for foundation works, static verification, and obtaining all licenses and permits. The installation area must be flat, level, obstacle-free, and accessible for heavy machinery. The customer must provide 220V/380V electricity during installation and ensure the safety and protection of all materials on-site. Any delays or issues due to unsuitable foundations, slopes, or missing preparations may result in additional costs. Waste disposal, site cleaning, and material transport within the site are also the customer's responsibility.
